Business Development Manager – Exhibitions and Events
Location: Kandivali (W), Mumbai
Salary: As per experience & industry standards

Position Summary:
We are looking for a self-starter and excellent team player and someone capable of devising and executing revenue-generating business development plans and working closely with the key senior colleagues to develop presentations, pitch work and take responsibility for the conversion of prospects into long-term valuable clients.
Responsibility:
- Identification and segregation of potential market segment of exhibition stall fabrication / design, events, kiosk etc.
- Meeting clients and understanding their requirements regarding the stall
- Explaining the stall briefs / requirements to the designers,
- Coordinating with the internal departments like design team & productions and the client for smooth execution
- Co-coordinating with the fabrication-in-charge on site during stall construction
- Having strong communication skills and industry knowledge. High involvement in research, planning & strategy making to ensure new client participation
- Negotiate with clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitability
- To service local and multinational clients starting from coordinating and closing the business deal, creating and presenting business proposals to clients, managing projects and ensuring timely execution with good quality to the satisfaction of client
Skills Required:
- A proven track record of min 2-3 years of business development, especially in an exhibition design agency environment
- Strong client relationship management and developmental aptitude
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, production and execution
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint with solid presentation skills
- Proficient in English communication both oral and written
- Pleasing personality, flexible, open to travelling, and ready to accept targets with a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
